  • Delivery
    We strive to dispatch your order as quickly as possible. If your item is available in stock, you will normally receive it in 3-5 working days If Ted Bernhardtz is dependent on deliveries from manufacturers, delivery times can not be guaranteed.
    Deliveries are usually made using the PostNord’s Parcels.

    Prices
    For price information, please refer to our price list. Prices do not include VAT.
    Prices can be adjusted. 

    Payment terms
    30 days’ net. We reserve the right to perform standard credit checks. After credit checks prepayment may be required.

    Late payment interest
    Late payment interest is charged in accordance with the Interest Act

    Shipping charges
    All deliveries within and outside Sweden will be charged shipping fee Ex our warehouse, depending on weight and volume.
    Special rates apply to deliveries by courier.

    Claims
    Any claims must be submitted to Ted Bernhardtz At Work within 7 days from receipt of the goods.
